rangeProb (the "Service") is a subscription probability feed provided by rangeProb ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Disclaimer.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape, share, or sublicense the feed, alerts, or track record, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to build or power another product or service. One account per subscriber; do not share your login.
The Service, including the model, the probability engine, the methodology, the software, and all content, is our property and protected by law. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you. The published probabilities and track record are provided for your use under the license above; the underlying method is proprietary and confidential.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Service or your trading decisions.
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
