That is the deal. The sections below are the full legal version of those same five points.
1. License. A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service with your own credentials and use the Output for your own individual trading decisions. One person, one set of credentials, one session. This is a license, not a sale.
2. For you only. The Service is for a single individual for personal use. You will not use it for or on behalf of any firm, fund, group, or other person, or in any commercial or professional capacity.
3. Restrictions. You will not (a) share, resell, redistribute, republish, or feed the Output to any other person, account, service, or system, in any form, free or paid; (b) scrape or retain the Output beyond your own personal use, or exceed rate limits; (c) reverse-engineer the Output or try to derive the underlying model, calibration, or method; (d) remove, alter, or interfere with any watermark, marker, or limit, or share your credentials. Any of these ends your access immediately.
4. Not advice. The Output is informational data only — not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not tailored to you. rangeProb is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary, does not manage accounts or place trades, and is not responsible for your decisions. Every trading decision, and all risk, is yours alone. Trading futures and leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss.
5. No guarantees. The Service and Output are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind. rangeProb does not promise profit, accuracy, timeliness, or uptime. Signal prices and range levels are estimates, not execution prices, and may be delayed, rounded, missing, or wrong — even where the error is rangeProb's own. Past or modeled performance does not indicate future results.
6. Assumption of risk and release. You knowingly assume all risk arising from the Service and Output, including inaccurate, delayed, or erroneous Output, downtime, outages, errors, and any and all trading or financial losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release rangeProb and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any and all claims relating to the Service or Output — including claims based on downtime, errors, inaccuracies, delays, missed gains, and trading or investment losses — and you agree not to bring any such claim.
7. Your only remedy. If you are ever dissatisfied for any reason, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of what you have paid, upon which your access ends. That amount is the full limit of rangeProb's liability. rangeProb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or trading losses.
8. Fees. $300 per month, billed monthly in advance via Whop, auto-renewing until cancelled. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except for the refund in Section 7, fees are non-refundable. Price may change on notice, effective at renewal.
9. Confidentiality. The Output, the underlying methods and methodology, any watermark, and any non-public information about the Service are confidential. You will not disclose, publish, reproduce, or discuss them with anyone, and will use them only for your own permitted personal use. This survives termination.
10. Protection and monitoring. rangeProb may apply rate limits, feed rotation, watermarking, fingerprinting, and other measures, and may monitor your access and usage, to protect the Service and enforce these Terms. A watermark or marker traced to your feed is treated as evidence that you are the source of the associated Output. You will not circumvent any of these.
11. Ownership. rangeProb owns all rights in the Service, the Output, and the underlying models, methodology, and calibration. You receive only the limited license above and gain no ownership.
12. Suspension and termination. Either side may end access at any time. rangeProb may suspend or terminate immediately, without further refund, for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse or redistribution, and may bar re-subscription. On termination you must stop using the Service and delete any stored Output. Sections 3–11 and 13 survive.
13. General. These Terms are the entire agreement for your use of the Service and may be updated from time to time; your continued use means you accept the current version. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. rangeProb's failure to enforce any part is not a waiver.
